"Wonderful Experience " I've never had such a wonderful experience buying a car. Throughout the whole process everyone at MINI of Allentown was so helpful. We traveled all the way from NY to purchase the car because of the people there. We felt welcomed the whole time we were there, They never pressured us into buying anything. Over all pleasant experience.

"Can't Buy Just Onr" Went to purchase a mini Oxford edition for our college student. Loved it so much I bought a Countryman for myself. Couldn't resist! Lauren was wonderful and made the process effortless. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They made you feel so welcome. I highly recommend.

"They Stand Behind The Cars They Sell" We bought our 2015 Countryman S All4 from MINI of Allentown in the summer of 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned Car, with an excellent warranty. We returned this Spring (2019) for our first service and State inspection since buying the car, and the technician discovered a problem with the window washer that we had not realized where the washer pump was not working properly. "Regular Service" "Easy Peasy" as my Daughter would say. Quick assessments of needed service, service performed in a timely matter while I waited....Turned out my front low profile tire had a bubble which was covered under BMW's tire warranty and on a new tire went... Always a great experience at Mini of Allentown Pa.
"Unscheduled repair" My brand new 2019 Mini Countryman unexpectedly had an issue with the sunroof not being able to close. It was an easy fix; just had to be re-initialized. However, my usual service manager was out for the day, and Luis took in my car without an appointment, and already being swamped with a large handful of other appointments. "Mini of Allentown (1st Visit)" I've been buying and leasing vehicles for over 45 years and this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. "Very positive" The salesperson is lovely, and very enthusiastic about the Mini products and knowledgeable. However; we have owned a Mini Cooper for nearly 9 years and have loved every minute of it. We really were sold before we landed at the dealership!
