"Used Mini Purchase" Lauren Leabman is a gem with a never ending smile. I purchased a used Mini Paceman and I was nervous about it. Lauren was very forth coming and accommodating. It was a rainy day so I couldn't get a good look under the car. She worked with the service division and had them lift the car so I could inspect the undercarriage. I drove away with confidence I made the right choice.
"Hassle Free Service" I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. Robin got all the paperwork going and I was on my way. Friendly and caring dealership.
"Quick and Efficient " The staff was kind and helpful. Robin Cox ,the service advisor, explained what needed to be done to my vehicle. There was no pressure to get any extra work done. He described all that was found on my car that needed attention.

"Didn’t buy a Mini, yet Jolene went above and beyond" Jolene helped my girlfriend and I purchase a used Toyota Highlander from Mini of Allentown. The process was seamless thanks to Jolene’s knowledge and attentiveness. Although purchasing a used off brand vehicle, we were treated like family and will return to do business with Jolene again.

"Trust them with their service. " Robin Cox and Luis are a great front desk service team. Today I saw Robin and my service was done timely and car was looking rear with a fresh cleaning and wash. Can’t beat that. Also the best biscotti and drinks ... the sales people are very helpful and friendly... go there.
"Absolutely amazing and easy" It was my first time purchasing a new car and Jolene was absolutely wonderful and was always there to answer any questions I had whether it be by email, phone or in person. I highly recommend this dealership every one I dealt with there is so nice, Jolene is so sweet!
