"Painless" I've gone to several dealerships with past vehicles (not a mini) and was always left with a bad feeling of getting ripped off, however in this case I actually felt great about the whole experience. Robin was up front from the start and wasn't pushy about getting work done that actually was due till July. Thanks again and I will look forward to returning for my next check up. Completely painless lol!!
"Inspection" 11 out of 10 stars as usual. I have no complaints and the service was excellent. Robin is always extremely kind, courteous and professional and I highly recommend working with him for your MINI!
"Near effortless on my part" My maintenance was scheduled with a quick call to the Mini dealer. They took my information including desired service and asked if I needed transportation. Not much else needed to proceed. Furthermore, on almost no notice, I had to change the courtesy ride to pick up my Mini and they accommodated without question. Robin, my service consultant, kept me informed and actually saved me a few dollars with his recommendation NOT to proceed with my request for tire rotation as it wasn’t needed. Good exp... read more
"Awesome experience!" We went to the dealership with no expectations to buy a vehicle but after one test drive I knew I needed a Mini. We worked with Lauren, who is by far the best salesperson I've ever worked with, she took her time to explain everything to us and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. "Great customer service!!" Very efficient and friendly dealership . Everyone very helpful. Provided me with a loaner car. Convenient location and very nice waiting area if I chose to stay and wait for the service to be completed.
"Excellent dealer" Overall excellent dealer. They are friendly and easy to deal with. Excellent service. I drive a hundred miles to come here and usually get a loaner car and make an outing of it.
