"Great service! " I'm always pleased with the service Luis provides - he's careful to explain everything to me and keeps me update if there's changes to what needs to be done. He's helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. I bought my car originally from Lauren in 2014 and she ALWAYS makes sure to wave & say hi whens he sees me in for service. I drive in from Reading so almost a 45 minute drive for service - I'm happy to do it because of how well I'm treated here.
"Mini Service" I had this Mini service at several Mini dealerships, due to relocation. But whenever I can I will drive to Mini Of Allentown for service. They are the best. Luis Rodriguez is the BEST!!!!! I am alway pleasure with the service information that he provides me. This visit spent some time with Lauren Leabman and was very helpful providing information on a new countryman.
"Customer Service is on point!" I drive about 90 minutes to get my car serviced and wouldn't go anywhere else. Robin is first class and is always pleasant and helpful. Their showroom is eclectic and fun and everyone is supportive. If you don't get your car serviced here--I feel bad for you.

"Pleasant surprise" Robin informed me of the service contract that was still valid on my Mini. What a great surprise! Wonderful, professional service, and covered under warranty to boot! That doesn't happen every day. Great dealer, I'll be back.
"As always excellent experience!!!" Been taking my car to Mini of Allentown for regular maintenance and state inspections since purchasing. Luis and the rest of the Service Department treat you well and always keep you informed regarding the progress of your vehicle. My daughter takes her Mini Paceman there as well. We wouldn't take our Mini's anywhere else!!!!
"Great and enjoyable experience!" Matt was very pleasant and patient and made the experience fun. He explained everything clearly.I loved it when we went out for a spin and I fell in love with the car. Everyone at the dealership was great and very accommodating.I would and have told people about them.
"The best around." I have used a lot of dealers over the years. Mini of Allentown is by far the best! They always do quality work and most of the time I don't have to wait too long. Robin finds ways to save me money. I bought 4 tires a few months back and found out during this visit that I had a nail in one of my tires. Without my asking Robin checked and found out I had a road hazard warranty with the tire purchase and he replaced the tire and only charged labor.
"Mini Service" service was superb - great attention to detail, way above and beyond norm - Robin was very friendly - service on car was outstanding and much appreciated - excellent!
