First time buying from this dealership. We had a wonderful experience. Steve was great to work with. Steve helped us try to get our BMW X3 on the same day we test drove it. We live 1.5 hours away so we wanted to take the car home that day. We were not able to we ran out of time and Steve and Jeremy had the car brought to us all gas up clean. Went in to turn in my lease early, had leased a 328ix in November '13. Always wanted a 5 series. Steve got me into a 2013 528ix and paid off my lease. I got a great car and the service is excellent and the people at the dealership are very helpful and treat all customers the same. I would recommend them to anyone, great experience, even after hours, they stay as long as it takes to get things done.
Contacted Sharpe on a 528i xdrive they had and when I came they took care of me right away, went on a test drive and Steve gave me all the details on the ride and took me through some of the cool features. We made a deal the same day and it was a deal that I was Happy with, Steve did a great job on working with me on the price and helping me through the whole process! I recommend this dealer to Everyone and when you go in ask for Steve!

I needed a later lease signing time for me new i3 and everyone involved was willing to make it work, making it a great experience. A few months beforehand, I accidentally blew a tire on the curb outside the dealership, and they swapped my spare for me in their shop on the spot, a huge favor. Service and Sales dept.s were both fantastic to work with!
I bought my first Land Rover and I LOVE it; it won't be my last:) Working with both Larry and Paul was very easy; great communication and an understanding of making the customer happy! I would highly recommend them. I look forward to future Land Rovers through the Sharpe Collection.
