I recently bought a car from The Sharpe Collection and was very pleased with the experience. I recommend Sharpe be included in anyone's car buying journey. The car i was interested in was accurately and fully represented online and I had no surprises during the purchase. Sharpe took care of all the paperwork and even called the insurance company. The car was professionally delivered to my driveway at the time I expected and the transaction was simple to complete. Obviously I would work with Sharpe again.
The purchase of my 2015 mini was my second purchase through the Sharpe Collection dealership. The customer service, attention to detail and efficiency of this dealership is simply outstanding. My second purchase experience was even better than the first one in 2009. They work very hard at meeting the needs and questions I had buying a new vehicle. I am very pleased again.
We contacted the Sharpe MINI dealership via their web page several months ago looking to purchase a MINI Countryman All 4 used and the car we were looking at had already been sold. Our contact was Steve I. and he said he would keep an aye out for us. He eventually called many times keeping in touch and then to let us know that two 2015 service loaners had come up for sale, we drove down from Interlochen on a Saturday and worked out a deal and closed all in that same day! great store and wonderful folks.
