I had a great experience buying my first Mini. Joe was our salesman who was courteous, patient and low pressure. He knows the Mini product line because he has a passion for them. The other people we met were also friendly. The showroom showed off the Mini line up well. I have owned many cars in my life and the Mini is the funniest car I have ever owned. I can't believe that this one car satisfies ALL of my needs.
I am very pleased with my decision to purchase a second consecutive Certified Pre-Owned BMW through Sharpe. The first experience I had was great, and this experience was even better! Steve was easy to work with and understood my needs/criteria, I would definitely recommend visiting him the next time you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!
It was easy to get my new mini. Now I know to come in 6 months before the end of my lease and order my new mini.

Steve Iveson couldn't have taken better care of me. I live 2 1/2 hours north of the dealership. We were able to work out all of the details by phone and email. He was determined to make my experience a good one and did everything he possibly could to make that goal a reality. I called Sharpe BMW to inquire about a used car on their website and was connected to Steve Glenn. I told Steve that I was 3 hours away and did not want to make the drive without some kind of estimate on my trade-in. Steve was very understanding of my situation and worked with me to get me a ballpark trade-in price that was acceptable, so I made the drive. I would have to rate my buying experience 11 out of 10. Shaun Waid was very honest and professional. A++++ Great communication. Great facility. Shaun treated us with respect and never tried to push us into another vehicle. Came in on Saturday to test drive an Evoque. They just received a black on black which is the one my wife wanted to test drive. It had not been detailed and ready for sale yet. Larry went and had it washed and put gas in it for the test drive. We ended up purchasing that car because that is the one she wanted, not one that was on the lot. Thank you Larry.
