I recently purchased a used Mini from Sharpe. Working with Steve Iveson was a pleasure. He was knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to make purchasing our Mini an easy and enjoyable experience. We had a little bit of custom work done at the dealership prior to purchase to personalize the car. I greatly appreciated that Steve would follow up daily and occasionally twice a day to communicate when our vehicle would be finished and ready to be picked up. Shaun Waid is the best sales person we have ever dealt with in purchasing a car. That is probably why we now own two mini coopers in our family. The entire Sharpe Collection experience was excellent including Nicole in finance. We look forward to our newest Mini Cooper and am confident that Sharpe will take care of us for many years to come. We recently leased a new Mini Cooper from Sharpe and found the overall experience excellent. Living in Charlevoix we had some reluctance about working with a Grand Rapids dealer. We stopped by the dealership on the way home from a short trip and met with Shaun Waid, who gave us a great introduction to the Mini. After a test ride we were almost convinced. Not only do I love, love, love my Mini, but the process of purchasing my car was painless! Shaun was a great sales person. He listened to what was important to me and showed me all of my options with out any pressure at all! He supported my decision and worked hard to get my car's accessories installed and get the car ready or me quickly. We have purchased 3 cars now from Jason Deutsch and Shawn Waid. I never thought I'd be able to afford a MINI - so I only ever looked longingly at them on the road - wishing I could own one ... someday. Then, MINI of Grand Rapids came to town and when it was time to buy a car we thought - well, let's at least take one for a test drive - even if we can't buy it, it'll be fun to check it out.
