I had an amazing experience at this dealership yesterday as my check engine light came on while traveling from MD to ME. I googled the neartes dealership and Bedford came up! I immediately called them and said I'll see you in two hours. Ed, the service manager on duty greeted both myself and my dog with open arms! He couldn't have been nicer so, not only did I NOT have to buy a new car, my dog was treated like a rock star. There was a lounge, biscuits and water for humans and fur babies! We showed up today, driving home to Vermont from Cape Cod. My own Mini dealer in Vermont completely brushed off my concern of a very prominent ticking noise from the right side of my engine. Mini of Bedford was a recommendation from a fellow Mini owner, and was on our route home. The first gentleman greeted us at the door. MINI of Bedford treats me like Royalty. Getting appointments for service, a loaner when needed, answering all of my questions, making sure Cubbie is in the best condition, treating me with openness and honesty, these are all part of the package. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great staff that made the purchase of my new Mini Countryman All Wheel Drive a pleasant experience. Shawn did a great job on going over all the options. Had some very minor cosmetic work that need to be done and the took care of it with no issues, looks great. Overall a great experience dealing the staff a Mini Of Bedford.
