No pressure service. Stopped in without an appointment and they took care of me without any issue. They did not try to upsell on any other service nor did they try to sell me a new car while I was there (came in with my 07 S). I hadn't been there in a while. I'd certainly go back again based on this visit.
Great place, great staff, great cars! It's a 2.5 hour drive for me from Maine but worth the trip!
I called Mini of Bedford on Wednesday with a question about a noise from my 2010 JCW. I live in Maine and this was the closest dealer I could find. I don't remember the name of the technician I spoke to, but after just a couple minutes explaining what I had already checked he pointed me in a direction. That direction lead to my car fixed and back on the road the very next day! Very impressed. Also, thank you.

MINI of Bedford is THE place! I researched all the MINI dealerships before I was ready to buy my first MINI, hands down Bedford had the highest ratings and I can see why. I drive almost an hour to service my car and it's well worth it. On my 1st year anniversary Joe called to congratulate me. Very nice touch! The Service group is exceptional!
Much smaller than mini of Peabody....advisor was very nice...made us feel at home...took us right in even though we were early...they do inspection also��
