John at Mini is fabulous to work with! There were issues with their computers and my husband & I kept modifying what we wanted. He was so patient and super attentive to the little details of what I wanted and was able to make it happen. I ended up with my first, brand new Mini and I am embarrassingly in love with it! I highly recommend the dealership!!
The dealership and the auto brand are outstanding. I just had service again yesterday, my scheduled maintenance. As always, the service advisor and the technicians went above and beyond. I appreciate their efforts and highly recommend Mini of Bedford.

My wife and I bought two Minis from John at Mini of Bedford in November ‘17 while celebrating our 45th anniversary. Since then both cars have visited Ed in the Service department for routine service, or small issues that have cropped up. We’ve had an excellent experience with both sales and service, and look forward to our ongoing relationship!
Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I recently purchased a used Mini from Van at Mini of Bedford. From the first moment, I was treated as though I had walked in looking to purchase the most expensive car on the floor in cash. Van's professionalism, respect, and attention have continued since the sale. My Cooper was used, and had no manual. Van found me one over a week after the sale and shipped it to me!
