I can not say enough about how well me and my 2010 Mini Cooper S was treated while having warranty work performed. I will ONLY take my Mini here for service. John always takes the time to listen and discuss my concerns. Dale, who performed the work did a fantastic job and I can't thank him enough. I also want to give a shout out to Steven and Nikki in the parts department. They are my go to for all things Mini. Cheers!!!
I have a 14 year old Mini that had two recalls. I live in Maine and they are the closest dealer to service my car, they were excellent! They got me in on time and out earlier than expected. They also gave me a list of things that my car needed without trying to push to have them fix it but made sure I knew what needed to be done. Such a pleasant experience. Washed it vacuumed it and filled my tires! I would highly recommend Mini of Bedford!!!!!

Van was absolutely great!!! He has sold my family many Minis over the years and now it's my turn! He made it the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun experience I've ever had in buying a car! Both he and Mini of Bedford are highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a Mini!!!

I would say that I had a much better experience then the last time I was in a few months ago. Everyone was very nice and helpful yesterday and actually came back over to check in with me. It was nice to actually have someone explain what was wrong instead of just telling me what needed to be fixed. I cant remember the name of the person who checked me in for my appointment but he was friendly and as was my service writer Michael! Thank you Mini of Bedford for making yesterdays visit quick and easy �
