Good service, they kept me informed of the status. I needed more suitable time to pick my car. Might be better if they had the part in advance, since I made an appointment for that specific part to be replaced. I had to wait 2 days to get it done. Thanks

Mickey was great he kept me informed about the status of the car and gave me a personal call to let me know the car has arrived. He also explained all the functions very well and was patience with me to help answer any questions I have. During test drive Mickey guided me on the best route to test the drive of the car. This is the best Mini dealership in Toronto, great experience!

Wesley made me very comfortable at my first visit , he was very helpful with choosing my car . He answered all my questions / concerns . Wesley would promptly call / email me in regards of my purchase. I would definitely recommend him , he is very good at his job .
