Very pleasant service experience. Easy to book the appointment. They answer the phone! Service done in time promised. Very polite staff.
Good service. Ferdinand was very courteous and helpful. Easy in and out for drop off and pickup. Service is pricy but this is an issue with all car dealerships
Good service, they kept me informed of the status. I needed more suitable time to pick my car. Might be better if they had the part in advance, since I made an appointment for that specific part to be replaced. I had to wait 2 days to get it done. Thanks

Mickey was great he kept me informed about the status of the car and gave me a personal call to let me know the car has arrived. He also explained all the functions very well and was patience with me to help answer any questions I have. During test drive Mickey guided me on the best route to test the drive of the car. This is the best Mini dealership in Toronto, great experience!
