I contacted three mini dealers looking to purchase winter tires. Ferdinand was the only person to respond. He's a professional and has an excellent customer care ethic. Thank you - Ferdinand. I will add that employees at this MINI location smiled, said good morning and I had the opportunity to watch a considerate and helpful sales conversation while waiting. The wait time was long and the customer area was MINI but had everything I needed to keep me comfortable.
Service dept appt was on time as scheduled. Coffee provided in the customer waiting area.
Good service and done in a timely manner however, it seems like I’m always told I need way more services than what I actually bring the car in for. The service advisor is great though!
Had excellent customer experience. Started with Mickey and then Joseph Lee. Joseph was kind enough to pick me up at the 407 bus terminal.
Very polite and friendly Fernand and everyone very helpful And very prompt on time service
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ferdinand explained what needed doing to my vehicle and was helpful with leaving the car to have the work required done. They even helped me transfer plants to the loaner car, that I had in my trunk. Over and above service.
