Ferdinand was very professional and kept me updated on the progress being made on my MINI while it was being tested. He also made sure I had transportation arranged to drive me home/pick me up after the maintenance work was complete.
I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service and attention during my visit to Mini Vaughan West. The Service Advisor, Ferdinand Marfil, was helpful from the appointment booking until the completion of service. Once the car issues were identified, cost estimate was provided and estimate timeline for work completion given. All work was completed in a timely manner and I was able to drive my Clubman home. Very pleased with my experience. I would visit again.

Had my car fixed multiple times at the Markham dealership for the same issue, only for it to continue occurring. Took it here to Vaughan and after a 4 month issue they fixed my car for the proper issue
