I have been a MINI customer since 2017 and the Service Department Rep is always great! Ferdinand is friendly and courteous and if I leave a message, he usually returns my call in a reasonable amount of time.
Received a quick and friendly first service Waited for the car and felt the wait was adequate

Overall service was very good. Pick up and drop off service, excellent. Would have been better if service advisor (unknown) had mentioned the length of time the service would take when I booked the appointment, instead of telling me when I was at the counter. I was expecting 1.5-2 hrs service, instead it was 3.5-4 due to a recall that had to be completed.
I had an amazing experience at MINI Vaughan West. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Big thanks to Liam for helping me getting my first car at a great price, the whole process was a blast. Exceptional customer service, highly recommend!
I would give 5 star if their service site was working. Ferdinand was absolutely best customer service oriented. I wish they had more people like him and the tech who cared about saving me money.
I went in for a scheduled maintenance (oil and brake fluid service) and everyone was ready and so organized to get me in and out at an appropriate time. I truly appreciate the excellent service, timely action, and customer care.
