Past service calls were great … not this one. I was told that the rear brake job would take two hours (10 am appointment). At 12:10 I called from Costco and was told 12:30. I arrived back at service at 12:35 … no one to talk to until 12:45 I finally got the car at 1:10. On the way north on the 400 I noticed the silver ring around the left headlight flopping, pulled over and checked … the clips were broken (assuming during washing). 20 minutes back to Mini. 20 minutes until the car was seen by the mechanic, ring was replaced ... read more
Brought 2016 Coutryman All4S in with 124K KM’s. The main module was not working windows. Dealer said some water leaked and new module and programming was going to be just shy of $3000. I declined service and took car home and investigated. There was over 3cm of water through out the entire floor under carpet. They said it was from drain hole not working. I don’t agree with reviewing in this way. It’s misleading and far too subjective.
Incredibly bad experience. How they treat customers before and after the sale is utterly shocking. After only a few months, I’ve had to trade my new car in elsewhere at significant expense to myself, because Mini Vaughan is dangerously dishonest. I was sold a Certified Pre-Owned Mini, and in just over 5k kms I was notified I needed to replace my front brakes. The service desk told me Mini brake pads are good for up to 60,000 depending on driving…. Evidently, Mini Vaughan sold me a “Certified Pre-owned” with basically no brak... read more
I own 2 mini's and have been servicing them here for a number of years Amanda and Michelle were amazing!! I am not sure what has happened in the last 6 months however there has been a huge change in the quality and "service " of the service department. It is impossible to book an appointment. if you call it is rare that the call is picked up on the first try, multiple calls must be made. Two hours waiting no information no coffee ,water. Wrong statements/ i got it for different person/ .Car wash very bad. .No saved my setup....My first visit and i hope last in Yours services.
Couldn’t even get a callback to get an appointment for assessing a problem; 2 weeks later I had to get the car towed in. Had to keep calling to the last minute before arranging some alternative transportation to work that afternoon. Finally got a call back saying a rental would be ready at a certain time if I could get myself to the dealership somehow. When I got there, they started calling for the rental to come. I would’ve been late for work had I not arranged alternative transportation
I really wish I can say good things, ‘cause I’m satisfied with my MINI. But the service itself is really subpar: the agent is very inexperienced - missing paperwork, fail to process payment, cannot keep conversations going (felt even more awkward than getting trapped in an elevator with strangers) we have to drive back and forth for errors that could be easily avoided if my sales can just put a bit more effort in serving clients.

I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I didn’t do anything to the car, they said I tuned the car before. And also ordered the wrong head unit for letting me waiting for two more weeks.
