This was my 2nd Mini purchase from them. My original purchase was in 2016. One key reason for going back to them for my new 2025 Mini Countryman was the excellent experience I’ve had with them over the last eight years.

Yesterday, I visited the MINI Vaughan West Service for my car annual checkup in the facility where I purchased my car several years ago. It was for the first time when I was dealing with my service advisor Ferdinand Marfil. He was very attentive and helpful with verifying the extension of the new work to avoid the partial duplication of work which might be already performed during my recent visit in another MINI Service facility.
