I have been trying for over 2 years to get my almost $200 deposit refunded. They finally sent me a check 1.5 years after the cancelled appt, and the check BOUNCED. It has been almost 6 months since then, and I still have not gotten a new check. Everytime I call they say they’re waiting on accounts payable, but they’ve been saying that for well over 2 years now.

They don’t do anything but don’t mind charging you for everything.

Absolutely Avoid This Place! If you care about your pet and your wallet, stay far away from Mission Vet Hospital. They are only after your money and have zero compassion for pets or their families. They charge over $200 just to walk through the door, and once you’re in, they take your pet away with little to no explanation. There’s no real support, no transparency, and they make you feel powerless while piling on more unnecessary charges. It’s clear they prioritize profit over care. Save yourself the stress, heartache, and m... read more

It has taken me a few days to compose this review, but I feel compelled to share my experience with other pet owners before they consider taking their beloved pets to this establishment. On the evening of Saturday, October 5, 2024, we urgently transported our beloved dog, Honey B, from Concan, Texas, to Mission Veterinary Hospital. Prior to our arrival, we had called ahead to inform them of Honey B's symptoms and provide an estimated time of arrival of approximately 1.5 hours. We were fully aware of the seriousness of her co... read more

The first time a couple of years ago I took my kitten in, the vet told me it can be parasites, and the best they can do is euthanize her, told the vet no im not going to do that, she got a little angry about my decision, paid my bill for then to just walking through the door. She and her mother and her litter all had the same symptoms, googled the symptoms and it all lead to a certain parasite... Turned out it was parasites, bought the medication from a Canadian online store with no prescription... her mom and her litter are... read more

Brought my cat in for what seemed like a normal urinary tract infection, they said he was blocked and cathetered him overnight discharging him next day with meds, NO antibiotics. Over the next few weeks the meds seemed to make his condition worse causing urine dribble around the house so we took him back, they cathetered him overnight again saying he must have idiopathic cystitis (unexplained bladder inflammation) and sent him home with the same meds, NO antibiotics, and said if he returned he would need permanent castratio... read more
