Staff is rude and disrespectful. 6 hours and almost $400 later. Not happy at all

Business response:

We are so sorry to hear that you felt our staff was rude and disrespectful, and we apologize for the wait you experienced during your visit with us. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced a higher than usual caseload which has created longer than usual wait times and busier phone lines. We value your time and hope to help every patient as quickly as possible. We also understand how important communication is, especially at a time when clients are not able to be with their pet. We are doing everything we can to... read more

We brought our dog here to see the neurologist and were charged $137 and the vet didn't even do a comprehensive exam, did not review the notes from our oncologist or primary vet and did not listen to us about his medical history. This place was a giant waste of time and money. I called management to share my feelings before posting online and it was clear they cared about me as much as they cared about my dog which is to say none at all!

Business response:

We value all feedback and are always seeking opportunities to improve our services and overall experience. In your pet's case, the doctor did perform a comprehensive exam, as well as consulted with our staff oncologist, and your primary veterinarian. We thank you for taking the time to speak with our management team so we could discuss your visit in further detail.

LIARS AND CHEATS! I don’t want to know how many animals this place has KILLED! My dog has a fever of 104+ and they took HOURS to see her, and claim she has NO FEVER and is FINE. But yet, they want me to spend more money on blood work? No. You can’t even diagnose my dog’s fever, like i did myself. ON TOP OF THAT they even took their sweet time getting her out to me when I demanded her back. I had to go inside and get her myself!!! Never will I go back. My poor dog is suffering right now and they did nothing. I highly doubt... read more

WARNING! I originally brought my dog in due to having cluster seizures I could not get control of, which was traumatizing. I ended up leaving him over night thinking he was in capable hands, when we visited him that night all seemed to be on the mend. Upon returning in the morning to pick him up, I was told by a vet tech that they would be releasing him and I was obviously ecstatic to have my best friend back. I came back to reality with questions to better understand what I needed to do to protect him and how we would mo... read more

Business response:

Mr. Spiece, we apologize that you feel this way about your experience with us. Our primary goal in every case is to provide the best medical care to all of our patients. Yours is no different and we hope that your dog is continuing to do well after your move. With that said, the night that you came in to the ER you personally cancelled your appointment with Dr. Cooper for the following day. The appointment was filled before you changed your mind and desired to see her for consultation. You were not turned away, but instead w... read more

My sons dog was brought in while having seizures. He stayed overnight and was discharged the following morning even though an hour prior to discharge he’d had another seizure. We weren’t informed of that seizure until after he arrived home and had another seizure! Now we are being told that no doctors can talk to us and we’ve found out he had 2 seizures overnight!!! Why was he even a candidate for discharge and why didn’t they have a vet talk to us before he was discharged knowing he had two seizures while he was on medic... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the opportunity to regain your trust in our care. We hope that your son’s additional visit with our neurology department was informative and helpful and look forward to seeing them again in the future!

This is the worst clinic to take your pet to. The staff is so horrible very in considered of a persons feelings. I took my puppy 2 days ago in because he was bit in the face by another dog. I was crying thinking he was going to die i was scared and they laughed at me and made fun of me for being a male and crying over my pet. These people made me feel so horrible. They told me that my puppy had a fracture to his face and that he needed to stay and receive oxygen. Today I went to go see my puppy and they told me that he i... read more

Business response:

We understand that you spoke with our overnight shift manager regarding your concerns. We continue to stand behind the professionalism of our staff, and apologize if you misconstrued any laughter that occurred in the treatment area during your visit. This most certainly was not directed towards you or your pet. During your pet's stay, we made multiple efforts to reach you, but were unsuccessful and unable to leave a message. Our hospital is dedicated to patient care, and we do not discontinue any potentially life-saving trea... read more

been going here for years but never again. Dr Ramsey treated my dog. I called because she was in distress and a tech called me, said he said let her ride it out. she will call in the am. my dog died that night "riding it out". I called an left a message for Dr ramsey, they said they would send him an email. I never heard from him. this place is pathetic now. he treated my dog for months.

Business response:

We are so very sorry to hear about the loss of your pet and are thankful for being able to help care for her for the past few years. We are saddened that you received any impression from your experience other than how much we care about our patients and we hope that your memories of her give you comfort as you heal from this loss.
