Arrived at 5:00 pm. Test found my puppy has Parvo. Was told he was stable, so they were going to care for other animals that they felt were in more serious. Vet tech said it would be approximately 2 hours. 4 hours later, another tech came outside to inform us that they were getting a room ready for him. 2 hours later, another tech was helping bring in another animal to an exam room. I don't know the name of the vet as he was working with my mom and not me....but he pretty much let my family dog suffer a painful death. He said he didn't want to give him his anti nausea medicine or any pain meds until he talked to the ICU doctor that would be taking over our dog. So our dog was without meds for over 12 hours and died by choking on his own vomit. He also kept trying to make our dog stand up and the sweet boy kept collapsing. One of the worst places ever! Drove almost an hour to get there, then had to wait more than FIVE HOURS for my fur baby to be seen. Then, they just took him away and kept him from me for another 7 hours! I never saw what they did to/for him and I did not get to see him that whole time. I was charged almost $1000 for things that weren't necessary. In the end, they did not even do what I brought my baby there for. I do not recommend them in an emergency at all!

You all know I have had 9 dogs at once before, this is absolutely the worst place ever to bring your pets the service and staff are horrible no ppl skills and no communication ever, do not go! 3 hours and still no response from staff, then you ask when you finally get frustrated and ask what is going on with my dog… They say “if you want to take your dog and go fine”! Waited over FIVE hours in my car for a sick puppy. Got tested for Parvo, which I was worried about. Luckily the tech that performed the test was the ONLY caring professional of the establishment. After I decided to leave, I was going to at least pay for the $80 Parvo rest. They charged me $140 with additional fees although I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE PLACE WITH MY SICK DOG. Stay away from these losers.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I encountered everything from racism to ineptitude. Some of the most unprofessional and arrogant so called doctors who aren’t worth a penny. I regret doing business with this trash pet hospital. The worst!
