These are really good quality meals. Low sodium, Simple but very tasty, easy to warm up . Veggies stay crisp not mushy
Meals were good Meals went bad before the use by date! Not safe to go by their label.
Total garbage! I've eaten mom's meals for 8 months provided by my Medicare and ResCare programs. I don't think I can eat one more! They are awful! Nothing but a cheap TV dinner with junk food and a lot of carbs. Very cheap meals at a high cost.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Meals are at best 1 star. Customer service lady is rude, meals are going bad. Looks like your elementary cafeteria food ate itself. Don’t try and save a dollar. Our elderly deserves better.
I bought for first time meals when I opened the box one of them opened and spilled on all meals I had to clean each one before I could put them in fridge I've tried many meals I ordered worse tasting food I've ever eaten they all tasted horrible and expensive as they are I thought they would be good worth money but they all tasted horrible I will never order again warning they taste horrible I wouldn't feed these meals to my dog she even wouldn't eat meat part it was gross tasting I'll never order from them again
Meals are a total disappointment. I had to throw away several of them. Food is not fresh. Lacks taste and variety. Received 2 weeks free with insurance after a hospital stay. I would never buy these. Grocery store frozen dinners are less expensive and have a better taste. Do better. I had one package that was not sealed and I spent 30 minutes wiping off the other meals.
After a surgery Medicare enlisted me to receive two delivery of Mom"s meals. First arrived well, second delivery was expected within two to three weeks. It did not arrived, being a holiday in between I called to find the status in about four weeks. They said they can be responsabila because I did not call earlier. I asked for the tracking number (FEDEX), the person I talked ask her manager and after she became very rude, said they don't have tracking numbers and basically to get lost. The order received included extremely moldy prepackaged wheat bread. Four of the seven pieces of wheat bread were moldy. Made me question the integrity of the packaged food. I called the office and they were only able to give me a credit for one meal.
In my opinion this food is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend mom's meals to anybody
