After my hospital stay, Humana provided 14 Mom’s Meals for me. I was thankful but I wonder if Humana knows the quality of food and the small amount of food they are paying for. Overall, Mom’s Meals is not good quality nutritious food. The meats are processed, not fresh. The vegetables for the most part are frozen mixed vegetables or frozen corn, the cheapest vegetables at the market.. ugh. Moms meals were awful,The fruit was rotten.My husband received these meals through insurance and he said the food was horrible.I thought he was just exaggerating but I took a bite and it was disgusting! The meat in picture looked fresh but in reality it was all processed meat.If you care about your loved ones dont get them Moms meals.

1ST DEL 09/21/2021(14) meals They said my first order of food will be delivered 09 21 2021, between 8am and 8pm. I waited until 10:30pm and nothing, called the company during the day and they said it would be there before 7pm. Wrong never arrived and I am getting short on food and patience please fix problem thanks

Stay away from this place. Besides NO leadership it is a unorganized company. Managers are not even watching the employees. Some drivers are adverse to other nationalities. It is horrible for tv dinners. Got to any place else.

Terrible. I worked there and most of the items are out sourced. It is misleading. The company doesn't even have real warehouse's they are a third party. How is then the food superior then you rely on third party vendors.

These are not diabetic friendly Way too many carbs and if you have that many carbs in one setting you're gonna have a dangerous sugar drop. So stop advertising me is diabetic friendly.

I cannot understand the good reviews. My insurance company sent me a starter package of 7 "meals." It came in a 22X16X12-inch box lined on top, sides and bottom with rigid styrofoam and filled on the sides and top with gel packs. Completely non-recyclable packaging that in this day and age I find completeIy immoral. Out of three meal orders placed, the second order was sent completely incorrect, and the third order had four items missing. I contacted Mom's Meals customer service each time. All they said was: I apologize, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Your order has been shipped. None of the above issues was resolved. I will be contacting my Insurance Company to file a complaint against Mom's Meals. Do to the fact they are the one's paying for service. The food itself I rate 4 out of 5.

Very deceitful company. Have illegal hiring practices. They should rewrite there hiring rule book. Stay away and go else where. If this is there they of wasting new hires time image there food quality.
