Horrible. Owned by Hormel, makers of SPAM. Food is nasty. Expensive. You can get better tasting and more amount of food by trying out several different frozen dinner makers at the grocery store frozen food section. They also have no refund or replacement policy and if you don’t meet their timetable they will send you a generic mix of meals which regardless if they are meet your dietary needs you will have to pay for them. The whole thing is a marketing scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I was on their diabetic menu and they were feeding me sugar. Also, some of those meals were horrible.
It figures the insurance company would go to the lowest of the low for prepared meals. The chicken patty was mechanically pressed and gross. If the insurance companies want to save money then just send us Banquet frozen meals for better taste and quality. I mean DAMN. We are human beings for God's sake!

This is our tax dollars at work. I called for 6 months trying to get on a drivers route because I can’t walk what good is a 40 lbs box of ice doing me if I can’t get it in the house.. I call every single week with the same problem. I fell down the stairs trying to get my food in the door 3 weeks ago fractured ribs er side is all black and blue. This “food” tastes terrible. The supposed “meat” contained in these meals is so far removed from reality, it’s pathetic. Most all meals are doused in overwhelming sauces in a vain attempt to disguise the awful taste. These meals wouldn’t be worth it even if they were free; they are laden with sodium, cholesterol, fat and a whole host of chemicals. You would be far better off eating dirt or simply starving

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I would rate a ZERO, but had to give a one star in order to post. Meals were suppose to be delivered on Friday, and as of late Saturday night still have not been delivered! The food can not be good after being in transit since Wednesday! I have tried to contact someone and no one has reached out to me, although I’ve been notified that someone will be in touch with me soon. It has been hours and I have not heard from anyone!! I have canceled everything with this company.

Small, tiny, portions. 14 meals ordered, only 13 arrived Don’t be deceived by the picture on the front of the menu with a nice big piece of chicken and two vegetables; the reality is a small chicken patty with only one vegetable included. After my hospital stay, Humana provided 14 Mom’s Meals for me. I was thankful but I wonder if Humana knows the quality of food and the small amount of food they are paying for. Overall, Mom’s Meals is not good quality nutritious food. The meats are processed, not fresh. The vegetables for the most part are frozen mixed vegetables or frozen corn, the cheapest vegetables at the market.. ugh. Moms meals were awful,The fruit was rotten.My husband received these meals through insurance and he said the food was horrible.I thought he was just exaggerating but I took a bite and it was disgusting! The meat in picture looked fresh but in reality it was all processed meat.If you care about your loved ones dont get them Moms meals.
