RecommendedCustomer service was good. They usually replied to texts within a reasonable time. Tried to accommodate special requests for pickup window. Driver was good and was definitely experienced. Overall I’d use them again.

If you don’t want to end up dissatisfied, avoid using Monarch. After my vehicle was delivered with $2,500 in damages, that’s when the problems really began. The carrier who Monarch subcontracted to pick up the vehicle claimed they never even knew about this job and said the load was actually “hijacked” from dispatch—even though Monarch had provided me with all of the carrier’s information along with an insurance binder. Didn't show up when scheduled, didn't call. I only found out they needed to reschedule to the next day when I called to find out if they were coming. Then the next day they didn't show up either. After multiple phone calls, I finally reached someone. So then they found someone else who could do the tow for me, at a 50% increase in price. I cancelled the order and I'm now hoping they don't give me a hassle about refunding my deposit. Terrible communication, no service. One star is too many.
Such a terrible experience from the start. They underbid every company by almost $400 but couldn’t find a driver for more than 3 weeks. When they finally did I was told the price went up to $1400. Then when a driver finally picked up my car I was charged an extra $150 for personal belongings in the car. SHADY AND STILL HAVEN’T HAD MY CAR DELIVERED.

We tried to call to get in touch with Angelina but unfortunately never got a call back. We was asked if the car can get picked up a day earlier, what was really inconvenient for me and my toddler but whatever, at least the car gets there. We got told we had to pay $150 more than agreed on. No problem, at least the car gets there on time for sure when it gets picked up even earlier right? The communication was terrible. I scheduled for a pick up and three days later no driver was located for my transportation. Because it was a rapid service request I ended up having to go with another company because they did not have a transporter for my vehicle. I told them I would have to cancel because they could not meet the deadline that I was facing and they charged me a cancellation fee, even though they did not have a driver.
