Quick synopsis of my experience: -quoted $545. They state no hidden fees or surprises but ended up paying $645 once they found a driver. -very little to no communication. I had to reach out to them. Zero customer service. -stated there is a 1-3 day pick up window but was picked up on day 4 ONLY because the driver wanted to pick up at midnight of day 3. I 100% wouldnt recommend this “company” my motorcycle was supposed to be picked up today I. fl and delivered to ME… and they tell me they are looking for a driver still today. They had 3 weeks to find someone and they start looking today. Then in order to cancel they want to charge $150. And they say they have 3 days to find a driver but that is business days so in reality I am waiting 5 days. 1000% will NEVER do business or recommend this joke of a transport company!!

Vehicle was damaged during transport. I filed a claim with the company’s insurance and for almost two months Monarch has failed to provide the necessary documentation to complete the claim. Seeking legal representation now.
Recommendedso I hire them to pick up a car for me it was set up to be picked up one day for one price,well the day came supposedly they had some issues and couldn't pick the car up so of course they found another driver but the price was a lot more than we talked about,as a man I'm gonna tell you boys something when you give a man your word make sure you keep it or that's just gonna make you look real bad just like this example here .
