I am filing this complaint regarding my experience with Monarch Transport. I booked vehicle transportation from Illinois to Florida for my son’s car. At the time of booking, Monarch Transport quoted me $579 for the shipment. Based on that quoted price, I reserved the service and stopped pursuing other transportation options. Monarch has been nothing but a hassle to deal with. Quick to push that they had everything covered, quick to take money for deposit, then poor communication (little to none) after that. Would hate to see this company scam someone else. Pick up times were changed last minute, multiple times and then a THIRD unknown price increase AFTER deposit was made. With ANOTHER pick up change. Monarch transport is a 10 out of 10 do not recommend my price has increased three different time my original pick up date was March 24. They have already taken a deposit. Saturday. My RV was supposed to be transported and I was supposed to receive a call from 9 to 6.
