Terrible experience with them. I’m writing the review because they blocked my fiancé from their page…they are all terrible at customer service, especially some dude named Andre who argued on the phone with us when we were upset with communication and how our order was being handled. No apologies, no calls back, no call or text from the original person we spoke to, Brian, and no call back from a supervisor or manager. I want to share a recent experience in case it helps someone else avoid a major headache. I hired Monarch Transport Group Inc. to move my travel trailer approximately 740 miles from Louisiana to Florida. This was arranged over a month in advance, with pickup scheduled for Monday (3/30) and delivery on 4/1. On the day of pickup, the driver canceled—which I understand can happen.
