They picked up my dodge challenger in one piece. They will hike prices right after they take the deposit. No refund and they never answer calls or communicate. Do yourself a favor and use other carriers.
Don’t recommend, they totaled my friends challenger and left it abandoned at a gas station without informing my friend. The driver offered to drop it at a body shop and the company said to ditch it at a gas station and my friend had to transport it back home out of pocket. Terrible way of providing service. If you use this company, you are assuming a risk.
Bad communication, raised price afterwards, the carrier they hired dropped my car, car picked up Thursday scheduled to arrive Monday didn’t arrive until Friday. Owner of carrier company rude and dishonest Orestes Llerena stated to stop bothering him as I reached out to see when my car would be delivered, his dispatcher stated Wednesday then Thursday, then Friday @10am car didn’t arrive until 8pm.
BUYER BEWARE ! Choose another company! Monarch transport has terrible customer service and communication. The quote they gave us was $650 to ship to begin with and then they upped it to $950. The communication was terrible. When I canceled, they assured me that my card would not be charged anything. However they did charge me $150 for services that I never received. Their tactics are very shady!
promised to have a driver in 1 to 3 days. gave them a few extra days and still nothing. I canceled my order after 6 days and they charged me $150 for a cancellation fee..after they told me 1 to 3 days. I'm pissed and the bank will be involved. don't use this company it's a crock of crap
These guys are a scam give you a low cost and then can not make the scheduleed day and will not refund your deposit dont use they say they will return the fee and the dont SCAM COMPANY
Booked them 2 weeks ago. Was quoted $780 door to door the individual I was working with said he had a driver in the area and they would be able to pick up within a day. Wasn’t picked up. After multiple calls they found another driver but the price went up $100 okay that’s fine. Then that driver couldn’t pick it up. Fast forward another week. They magically have another driver but the cost would be $1450. Fine just get it here. That driver wouldn’t answer his phone and then couldn’t do it. I finally canceled them and haven’t ... read more
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Failed to send a copy of the contract, drug out making arrangements and then did not honor their original quote. Stated a hauler had been secured at a higher rate but no one showed up and we were provided no updates. When we called understandably upset we were treated like we were in the wrong. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED AND TREATED POORLY.
