We tried to call to get in touch with Angelina but unfortunately never got a call back. We was asked if the car can get picked up a day earlier, what was really inconvenient for me and my toddler but whatever, at least the car gets there. The communication was terrible. I scheduled for a pick up and three days later no driver was located for my transportation. Because it was a rapid service request I ended up having to go with another company because they did not have a transporter for my vehicle. I told them I would have to cancel because they could not meet the deadline that I was facing and they charged me a cancellation fee, even though they did not have a driver. They are absolutely terrible, they blew the delivery promise by 3 days so I had to get a greyhound 2 hours away to my travel nursing contract location. Then they didnt honor the 100 mile from original delivery destination without up charge promise. When I tried to call them out over multiple phone call including multiple in which the carrier company was merged in on the line, they placed me on holds which were auto disconnected. Be aware of this company so it won't impact negatively your wallet. I'm reviewing Monarch transport Group base on my own experience. The broker Sabrina quoted me on july 03-2025 to find a carrier at one initial price and charged me the initial fee $200.00 refundable if no service was provide, after a couple of days I received a call with a price increase, I didn't accepted and proceed with a rejection of the initial service from Monarch transport, also requesting the $200.00 refund back for my Order id # - 21406957. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I wouldn’t allow them to transport a damn thing. They are unorganized and completely inept. After they completely screwed my wife and I with our motorcycle shipment, they hit me with a cancellation fee!!! Not paying it. It is now my personal mission to ensure that no one uses these dullards. DO NOT USE TJIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST.
This company was hired to transport a truck. They told us they would have a driver in 3 days or less. On day 4, they said they would have a driver for $200 more. When the driver arrived, they had the wrong equipment and couldn’t load the truck on the trailer. We called right away and asked for a refund and were promised one by Bryan, and now they have blocked all of our phone numbers and are refusing to take our calls about the refund. We have reported them to the BBB but DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.
A family member coordinated this company to come pick up a motorcycle to transport 250 miles to its destination. They brokered it out to another company. The individual that showed up did not speak English (Russian - he translated/communicated through his phone). There were many red flags: 1) This person could not provide a driver's license, let alone a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
