Such a terrible experience from the start. They underbid every company by almost $400 but couldn’t find a driver for more than 3 weeks. When they finally did I was told the price went up to $1400. Then when a driver finally picked up my car I was charged an extra $150 for personal belongings in the car. SHADY AND STILL HAVEN’T HAD MY CAR DELIVERED.

We tried to call to get in touch with Angelina but unfortunately never got a call back. We was asked if the car can get picked up a day earlier, what was really inconvenient for me and my toddler but whatever, at least the car gets there. We got told we had to pay $150 more than agreed on. No problem, at least the car gets there on time for sure when it gets picked up even earlier right? The communication was terrible. I scheduled for a pick up and three days later no driver was located for my transportation. Because it was a rapid service request I ended up having to go with another company because they did not have a transporter for my vehicle. I told them I would have to cancel because they could not meet the deadline that I was facing and they charged me a cancellation fee, even though they did not have a driver. They are absolutely terrible, they blew the delivery promise by 3 days so I had to get a greyhound 2 hours away to my travel nursing contract location. Then they didnt honor the 100 mile from original delivery destination without up charge promise. When I tried to call them out over multiple phone call including multiple in which the carrier company was merged in on the line, they placed me on holds which were auto disconnected. Be aware of this company so it won't impact negatively your wallet. I'm reviewing Monarch transport Group base on my own experience. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I wouldn’t allow them to transport a damn thing. They are unorganized and completely inept. After they completely screwed my wife and I with our motorcycle shipment, they hit me with a cancellation fee!!! Not paying it. It is now my personal mission to ensure that no one uses these dullards. DO NOT USE TJIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST.
