Staff is kind... (Verified Renter) Staff is kind and responsive; I've lived here twice - and the amenities were fine, clean, kept up and working. Everything was great with the day to day management of the complex. I did not like the AUM service, it seems scammy to be forced to have a service I don't want that makes me walk through a hallway of trash when I am not so lazy as to take my trash to the dumpster. I love MOntelana.... (Verified Renter) I love MOntelana. It is so nice to have green grass and mature greenery. The pool area is relaxing and Montelana's location is convenient to everything.
As far as... (Verified Renter) As far as apartments go, it's great. But low priority (non-emergency) issues seem to take a good while to be addressed. This particular incident, they did their job, but not above and beyond. Not complaining...I'm happy with their work. Just not shocked and awed by anything.
