Terrible car arrived weeks late, did not drop off at house had to drive to pickup and driver reved car up and ran it over metal stops damaging underside of car. Now have no a/c and loud clicking noises. And the customer service. Awful! .
Asked for extra insurance coverage. Doesn't look like it was applied.
No communication on pick up. The car was picked up and I was notified by the seller never buy montway
This is the WORST shipping company I've ever dealt with. Upon contracting them, I told them the kind of car and when it had to be shipped by. They showed up with a truck that couldn't ship the car. Upon figuring this out, they then doubled the price, pushed my pickup date out pass the deadline, then tried to charge me another fee on top of doubling the price to say it was priority to ship. They ended up missing the deadline for pickup which cost me more money.
Just disagreed on the $50 credit by using chat. A Deal is a deal and all of a sudden it became unavailable. Its the only reason I wasted all my time on chat and I could've done it a lot easier online

The worst experience ever!!!! Where do I start …. No Communication as to why my vehicle hadn’t arrived on said day or when it would arrive, then I was damaged.
Your company screwed up the pick up date. It was always not before Nov 7th and you tried to schedule for Nov 5th. Then charged us $50 more to move it which was never the order. Second - the car was entered as a sedan by the agent and it is an SUV. I confirmed this verbally with the agent this week. The price quoted went up again because someone on Monteway entered it incorrectly for the carrier. Total bait and switch. Because the car was already picked up I feel like I had no choice. The commutation was horrible I was charged a fee before I even had a pick up date. Then after being charged a fee I didn’t agree to I was told I’ll be charged $280 cancel fee. Worst experience ever.
