I was given a guaranteed pick up date and you missed it. We spoke to the driver day of pick and stated he would rather pickup the next day as he was busy with another car/issue. We had no choice but to agree. Trying to get our $300 guaranteed pick up charged reversed but you guys keep bouncing us around. or you'll call back. blah blah blah
Was told the car would be picked up in 48 hours, my order was placed on 3/1/2025 and I'm still waiting.
Montway is a sales engine, and that is all. They have less than zero service capability or desire to help once they get you into their mousetrap of games they play. Run away fast!!!
Hate your robot system. Won't ever use your service again
I paid extra for delivery on 2-19 and my car will be delivered on 2-20 late in the day. I am so displeased with the attitude of those in your office but especially with agent who uplifted my contract to insure delivery, I paid $400 for nothing.
I am ordering the pick up. I have recieved 3 calls, 4 texts and 3 emails in less than 24 hours. Calm down dude. I ordered it.
