Trying to verify my cc and the chat window opens for no reason and will not go away.
Driver did not pick up car on time. I will not be here to receive the car. The money portion is not clear at all! I have needed support . All anyone does is ask for my order number with no help.
The last rep we spoke to over the phone had no patience for assisting us

Agent told me that Montway could not transport a car that is 80" in width in an enclosed trailer. Supervisor called to see what she could do. I have not heard from anyone since. I find it hard to believe that Montway is a credible carrier if it cannot ship an 80" width car in an enclosed trailer.
There is ambiguity in the pickup and delivery times, I realize this is due to the exact arrangements of this individual shipping/transporter, but it is uneasy. Also, the BBB has significant complaints in this industry overall, so I am a little apprehensive. I can hope that MONTWAY will do there best to get reputable responses in a timely manner.
Currently, skeptical about service asking for full payment before starting job. It does not give any options of pick up and drop off times. Makes it harder to have an estimate schedule of planning.
disappointing
I received this email to complete a survey. No one has picked up my vehicle yet. I called customer service in regards to this email. They advised me that no one reached out to me. And that my request for transport is still in the system. And that it maybe after the holidays before anyone picks up my vehicle. As of right now I am still waiting for a driver to be assigned allegedly. But received this email stating the service was completed.
