We had difficulty getting the driver on the promised date (that we paid extra for) to pick up the vehicle, and it was vital that it happen that day. It took more than one phone call to get satisfaction. It was finally arranged that he would come (and that was around 6 p.m.) and caused great anxiety as we waited. The driver who brought it up here was very nice!
Vehicle was picked up later than what was said and accumulated storage fees. Then Montway had no awareness of the driver's location and delivery schedule of my vehicle. Driver was patient and helpful but would not use Montway services again.

Very deceptive company. I canceled my order prior to a driver being assigned. The company is refusing to refund all of my money. I have a paper trail, indicating my order was canceled prior to a driver being assigned. The company is still refusing to refund all of my money and trying to keep $249. Please select another carrier.

When to get a quote. It said enter your credit card or PayPal. Nothing will be charged. I used PayPal. I was charged. Called the office. Was told Nothing could be done until tomorrow as no one was in the office
Its too much calling and texting. It is very unnecessary. Thjs makes you not want to do business with this company. If they are thks annoying, I hope the service is 5 stars.
