The calls and texts have been borderline annoying. It’s hard to book if I don’t know certain details yet. Please relax on the outreach and give the option of how people want to be contacted.
The transporter never showed up on the scheduled day. If I did not reach out to you I doubt you would have communicated with me. I should not have had chase you for answers. I cancelled my order with you and went with another provider that took are of everything very quickly. I paid more but as they say - you get what you pay for.
Last year pick up was perfect. Return delivery to michigan was not. Driver was not communicative and barely spoke english. Car was also delayed due to truck problem

Fine but a little disappointed that you charge $530 for an enclosed shipment - when the vehicle is actually enclosed only part of the way. That number seems excessive.
