Car was scheduled for pickup. Driver confirmed twice. Said he was about an hour away. Then pickup was canceled and someone was waiting for the driver at pickup location all day. Still not picked up.
The company seems disconnected. a lot of miscommunication errors.
Chat person needs to be a little warmer.
concerned as I receive no updates. pick up is next week and i will be leaving out of the country just prior to the pick up.
I was informed it would be door to door service but that turned out to not be true
