Horrible experience. You never delivered my car to its destination. It sat in New Mexico for 2 weeks and then I had to fly there at my expense to drive it the rest of the way.
Way too long to book and receive answers to my questions. Chat was a complete waste of time. Also, price is $300 higher than anyone else.
Organization tried to add almost 200 dollars to by quote at the last minute, won't be using them anytime soon
window for pickup started Tuesday. Received directions the cars would be picked up Wednesday. told Wed afternoon, no show, told thursday afternoon no show, Friday no show and now Sat no repsonse

I have contacted twice to see about confirming my car pick up. It is now late and I am moving with my car still here.
Our pickup was June 3 at 11pm. Pretty strange, but I was glad to get the car picked up so that hopefully it would arrive to the destination when we needed it. The Driver said that Friday or Saturday would be delivery. After Saturday came and went, we tried to contact the driver several times but could not reach him. Montway said delivery was moved to Monday, June 10. No big deal.
