The 16 calls I made explained it all, then once I got the car my battery was dead & the guy didn't have anyway to jumpstart it. Still not sure why I had to pay

Was not kept up to date on progress of delivery. Advised that car was picked up. Next info was from driver that he was 20 minutes away.

I contracted with Montway to transport my car from VA to OR. Diesel Auto Transport (DAT) was scheduled to pick up my car on 3/4 and delivery it on March 12-14. Weather issues caused a delay in pickup by DAT, which I could not accommodate because of airline travel. Montway stepped up an arranged for another carrier to pick up my car and they transported it to Elgin, IL, where it sat for a week without explanation from Montway (bad). terrible communication. my car is late and i have no clue where it is or when it's going to arrive and no one is helping me out
montway so far has not paid attention to any details, so far very disappointing, last feedback nobody will call back
very bad service, you don't honor your original quotation, you change two times your origanl price, at the end I founded another trucking company much better than yours.
Your on line app doesn't work very well forcing me to deal with an agent.
