The prices changed by $200 after I booked it. I was notified about the price change after it was to Kate to book with another carrier. The drive himself was excellent. But I also had to pay the driver separately. I thought I paid montway but luckily for me I had the cash on me to pay the driver once he arrived. I know that this was not communicated to me. Very disappointing. Will not recommend this Montway to any other people. The truck driver was excellent.
Verify cc was a pain
Waited over a week for truck. My car would not fit on truck. Sent a second truck next day. Same problem, Finally canceled order and they had the nerve to ask for a cancelation fee. I denied.
This is the 2nd time I had to give you my credit card
Phone rep was awfully difficult to understand (accent)
You don’t have enough vehicles listed on your vehicle drop down menu it’s not a Belair you’re picking up it’s a 1975K5 Blazer
Impossible to reach anyone there and calls not returned

I couldn't find any place on the booking web site to enter the vehicle ID number (VIN).
