Everyone I've spoken with has been very helpful! However, the driver from Ruse Transport was a bit rude. He asked me to pick up red taillight tape fir his truck -'pretty please'.He called me'Shorty' several times. Said he couldn't drive to my location and asked if I could meet him at a truck stop or shopping center. Then ended up telling me he said shopping center was fenced off, so had to meet on the side of a road. In FL he said he couldn't drop car at the home. Showed up a day early. Kinda of expensive compare a distance cuz Irvine to Seattle is other carrier 520 but only in Ca between
3 phone calls, wrong department- 20 minutes wait for each call- i hour wasted with no pickup date
didn't like booking online as I then had to talk to someone to verify everything and was put on hold multiple times
My chat with Lukas was redundant and confusing.
We are getting close to shipment date, and I'm still not sure the car is getting picked up.
Waits way too long on chat and phone, I am overall a little nervous about shipping a car anyway and the wait makes it seem shady.
