No one who works there has any idea of what they are doing. This has been a horrible experience from beginning til end

Montway failed to correctly arrange the delivery date and time with the truck driver, resulting in a bunch of unnecessary phone calls to try to correct the problem, and inconveniencing the driver, who had to wait around in LA for two days for our arrival.
The process is complicated and customer service is rude!
Computer ordering required several repeat entries and then hand to do it 3rd time iwth chat I was an actual customer
Transferred many times to people I could barely understand! Ava can't even say vehicle properly which is a shame for a business that ships vehicles!
Unable to complete order as live chat not open.
