Driver do not speak or understand English. Pick up at night, parked truck on narrow street, blind curve and blocked traffic, police were called. Disaster! No bill of lading received.
The delivery guy did not follow instructions I gave on where to park. I gave it when I set up the transport and then texted him an hour before delivery. He parked in a red zone across the street instead and his truck wouldn't start back up so he could move. Unfortunately he was partially blocking the driveway to a very busy shopping center at rush hour. When he dropped the rear gate he fully blocked the driveway. All good so far. The car was never assigned. No one contacted me. When I called Montway they said to be patient - twice this happened. After 15 days I made other arrangements.
