No communication, middle man is too confusing, bery dissatisfied.
Very bad customer service during the transfer. Nobody could tell me, where the bike is and when the bike arrive. From the moment I got a note ready to ship to my house, it been 6 more day's I took me days to find out the final shipper to my house. Beginning: So far, fast and great. Had a military discount as well...thank you for that extra assistance. Ending: Started better than it ended. Name they sent me of the driver and company had no voicemails set up and there was zero communication about my car, even though according to the dealer it had been picked up. The 'driver' eventually texted me that he didn't even pick up my car...he wasn't even dispatched...WHERE'S MY CAR I am thinking. You quoted me a door to door price for transport. I provided PayPal information. You charged the full amount quoted and the total amount has been withdrawn from my bank account. Yet you keep sending me cc and pupal authorization forms to authorize you the ability to charge me additional amounts freely. What? I paid what was quoted in full.
