Great service!!! I was happy that my replacement flaps also included replacement hardware too.
We have been very happy with our mammoth sized doggie door. Our Great Danes go in and out at high speeds and the door has held up for 2 years. We just ordered replacement flaps, hopefully they will be easy to install.

Chad was excellent and helped answer all my questions about the dog door we are looking to install. Called multiple times and he was more than willing to answer all of my questions and concerns.
We love our doggie door! We had to get the mammoth size for our large breed dog. When I called them to ask what size, what kind, and all the how too, they had the answers. The door itself is great! Heavy magnet for the flaps to lock back into place, and pretty insulated. We have a mastiff and a boxer, they just pop right through now �
