Needed to replace just the dog door itself, and not the entire system. The website descriptions made it very easy to find exactly what I needed and ordered it easily. The door came very quickly. I highly recommend this company, their products and their website!

have had a sliding glass door panel with doggie door for many years. My dogs & I love it! The dogs have freedom while I am at work & I have never caged them nor have they messed in my house! The door is also insulated & with the draft-stopper, I can sit in the same room during the winter & not feel a draft. Thank You!
I recieved the replacement dog door today. Installed per directions. It works as advertised and the dog is happy again.

We love this dog door!! It looks beautiful, installed easily and the dogs think it is the best thing ever :) We are the owner/operators of the Dog House, an in home boarding business. With our new dog door our guests can go in and out into the fenced back yard to play as they please, and I no longer have to be the door man. Moore was able to custom make the door to fit our 2 Irish Wolfhounds and our little 8 lb Schnauzer-mix can also easily use it.
Shipped item fast but via fed ex the flap for the doggy door fit and all is now well in my house
