I operate a small scale boarding kennel in Alaska & i installed my first pet doors in 2002. I still use all the original pet doors plus 8 more that i ordered when I built on. The extreme cold does take a toll on the flaps but replacement flaps are easy to get. This company is great, has super service and sells outstanding products.

They are the best people to work with. They are very friendly and know their stuff. I have had my wall mount dog door for several years. What a life saver it has been. I have never had any problems with cold air entering the house and it has been below zero already this year. My daughter loved it so much that she bought one for her house.
I haven't received my patio door yet, but the woman I spoke to was very helpful. I couldn't find anyone else that made a door big enough for my Rottie. Definitely recommend these guys!
I love � this company and so do my animals. I just called to get replacement flaps and also had the guy help me with choosing another doggie door (I need 2) the better one is from the garage to the outdoors and I need another from the house to the garage. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and knew exactly what door would work. Thanks again for great customer service, have had my doggie door for 10 years and never had problems with this company even though I am way overdue for replacing these flaps-lol
