The BEST customer service. We had a wonky place we were installing a doggy door and they really helped us through the selection and ordering process. I had no idea they could customize a dog door with two different colors inside and out. We were able to match the interior and exterior colors of our house perfectly. After trying many different kinds of doggy doors for my slider screen door I found this one and it is great! My lab mix rushes out the door after squirrels and pretty much destroyed any others within a month. I have had the first one for almost a year and just ordered a second one for my other door in another room. I also have a bison that goes through the larger opening with no problem.
