Seriously cannot recommend Todd, Michelle, Sherry and the team at MIG Memphis enough. We’d used them for our first house and didn’t know how good we had it. For the purchase of our second home, we got a quote from them and another local lender; since the quotes were comparable, we went with the other lender because we had a personal relationship with that loan officer. Pete Zaft and his team are the most dependable and efficient group you will find in Nashville! I've done multiple home purchases and refinancing with them over the past 10+ years and been very pleased with rates/cost and ability to close on "time". They are a very coordinated team and say what they mean and actually always get it done. I only wish I could have the opportunity to work with them beyond TN!

I would have liked a little less drama on the last day of closing but Chris and team came through and at the end gave us incredible value with this mortgage. I will do business with them again and recommend them whole heartedly.
