Sherry answered every question we had in a way we understood the process and loan contract terms. We were out-of-state buyers, and Jeff was very helpful from Day 1. We could call, text, email questions, concerns and he was quick to respond. When we were about a week away from closing and there was hitch, Jeff pulled a rabbit out of the hat and saved the deal. We would definitely use him again.
