As first time home buyers, we were nervous and completely oblivious to the process. Kristen thoroughly explained the process to us in a way that was easy to understand. We were able to reach out to her at any time with questions and always received a quick response. She went out of her way on numerous occasions to make sure we understood next steps and were on the same page. I can not recommend her enough, especially for first time buyers who are nervous!

I started on Feb. 2nd with the application process.... in the beginning I thought, yeah, this is going to be easy.....IT IS NOT!! My Loan officer was Brian Thorne and he has the patience of Jobe....
