I had no issues with either Amanda or MIG. I relocated from Michigan to Tennessee. It was a difficult road but Amanda hung in there with me. The 3rd house we put under contract went through. She kept me informed on the progress of the loan and worked with me to get it to closing. I am a mortgage underwriter for a different company and used Amanda and MIG since the 1st house we tried to purchase was a new construction and MIG was an approved lender with the builder. There are not enough superlatives to describe Ms. Birmingham's work in my refinance process. Cherith made the refinance process extremely easy and fast. We put off refinancing the house for a while since didn't want to burden ourselves with all the paperwork and stuff that we thought we would need to gather. She was very specific on what we needed and worked with us on it every step of the way. Made the whole process simple and smooth. Cherith was extremely helpful, always pleasant and easy to talk with. This was not my first home purchase but she was definitely the best lender I have worked with. If she didn't have an answer to a specific question she checked and always got back in touch when she did have the info...... I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone starting the process.
