Suzanne made the process incredibly easy, especially for a first-time buyer who is also self-employed. We also had a short time to close (24 days) and made it with a day to spare. Communication with my original lender, TVA, was frustratingly impossible, but Suzanna was easy to get a hold of when I had questions.

Tandy and her team were awesome to work with for our first home buying experience!
