After my wife and I had an approval letter generated by another financial institution, we went house shopping. After finding the house of our dreams, we began the purchasing process. Jeff is so kind and helpful! He was able to answer all questions in a timely manner. Jeff worked above and beyond his call in answering all of my questions. Being a first time home buyer can be crazy and confusing, but Jeff was able to make the process much simpler. We had a fear that we could not close on time but overall, he was able to get everyone together for closing. I am very thankful we went through him!
